ok, it’s been weeks now and i still cannot use the trading Post at all.

the TP comes up, but I’m still unable to purchase or sell items witjhin, can this be sorted please?

The chances are this is an issue you can resolve:

• Your anti-malware software could be blocking the TP software. See: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/Configuring-AVG (even if you use different software, the general tips apply)
• You might need to setup GW2 to play with admin rights and ensure that the installation folder allows you to create new files there. See: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/Configuring-User-Account-Control-UAC.
• It’s also possible your firewall and/or router is blocking the awesomonium_process.exe that connects your PC to the TP server. Restarting the router handles the hardware side of that.
