I just cancelled a bunch of buy orders I had put in, and no money at all was refunded. I had put bids in on some sigils and some runes.

it gets returned to your TP pickup window. you have to retrieve it from there.
now, it is possible the TP bugged out. I’ve had it bug both ways: not give me a purchased item, and another time it gave me a purchased item and a refund for the buy order.
