I have recently bought a riding broom from the trade post but didn t receive it. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

maybe you have to delete some mail in your inbox, if you have 10 you cannot receive it

Radubeni, what Amadan says normally fixes these situations. Try to delete messages from your inbox till you are left with two or three and see if the item arrives. If it does not arrive in a few hours, please, proceed to open a ticket with our Customer Support team. Thanks!!
