I occasionally get the following issues with the Trading post

1. on gem store in the upper left where the gem icon and amount show. this box will be empty

2. on trading post in buy screen buy button greyed out

3. on trading post on item lists no popup

4. on sell items screen screen completely blank

when this happens I simply ALT+F4 out then reload and usually its working if not I do it again until it does.

So last night I had to restart 6 times before it worked and it took twice tonight. Any info on this?

took two times of starting the game to have access to the TP today. Still waiting on answers

I pretty much have had this same issue, except that The Trading post has only worked once for me. Now every time I try to use the trading post and buy something, the buy button is greyed out..

So, I’m with Dark…Help please!

logged back in again today and its busted again … will have to restart to use the TP

I’m also having a consistent issue with the TP. I can access the gem store and I can access the pickup area, but cannot access the buy or sell parts (you know, the trading post parts of the trading post). Whenever I try to buy or sell I get the gem store screen and a yellow circle animation in the center of the screen. The circle runs for a minute or two and then disappears.

This happens with all my toons.
It happens regardless of whether I’m accessing the store remotely or at a trading post point on the map.

It just started happening today.

I submitted a support request and received an automated response to download a Windows .exe file… even though part of my support request specifically said I was running on a Mac.

had to restart GW2 again and TP is busted again but didnt need to use it so I didnt restart again that time.

I was having this issue since September and it still happens almost every time I try to use TP. Somewhere I found a temporary solution – try to open “Options” window with TP window still open, and change your game language – for example English → French, wait for TP to reload, and back to your original language. This method works for me almost every time, so I don’t have to restart GW2.

However, it will be veeery nice to see this bug fixed one day…

6 restarts today. hopefully I dont have to go offline again

Thanks, that helped immensely! It’s still annoying that you need to go through all that just to use the TP, but it’s better than running around with inventory maxed out and unable to sell!
