Everytime I try to load the trading post through the merchant or simply the UI interface I get stuck at the gem store, this persists through restart of the game.

go to task manager and check if awesomium.exe is running, that’s Anets trade post process. It should start up when you open the trade post, if it doesn’t then check your firewall and stuff
