Hi, as the new armour skins came out the other day I decided to buy the Phoenix Armour for my character. However, I just can’t buy any gems. I tried two different credit cards and paypal as well – no luck. It just says “Payment Approval Failed. Please check your billing details and try again.” I have no idea why this happens as I’ve used this card to buy gems before and there has been no problems what so ever.

Some people have managed to get it to work if they choose the number of gems, click next then wait 15 seconds. After 15 seconds hit confirm.
If that doesn’t work and you still have problems you probably need to contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’.
