Guild Wars 2

My current gem count doesn’t show, I can browse items to buy but “buy” and “make custom offer” are greyed out (unable to click them), I cannot see any transactions i have up, nor can I put additional items up for sale, and last but not least I cannot make any gem purchases.

Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All of the above is true for all of my characters I have attempted to log in.

This problem has been ocurrying to me since the game launched. Only being able to use the BLTP in certains hours after midnight, or in the worst cases, not being able to use it in days.

I bought some Gems like 4 days ago, but i cant even seen them since i bought them.

I would like some guidance too. Thanks!

Same problem here. Now cant sell on BLTP

I’m having this problem right now. Already sent support tickets for this, but this issue still hasn’t been resolved. Sad to see I am not alone with this issue.

I’ve also been having this problem since launch,and sent in support tickets. I had a similar problem during the Beta for a time as well, but I’m not sure how it was fixed. ArenaNet really doesn’t seem to want to fix it, because it’s been going so long. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I’ve also had this issue since beta. It just seems to randomly decide it wants to work at times, but majority of the time it is as described in the OP.

This issue has been reported on facebook as well, but so far they haven’t acknowledged the problem.
