Cant seem to buy gems, every time I attempt to input my credit card details I get “card approvment failed” which is odd as this is the same card i have used in the past, I was getting it earlier but i had no money in that account (which i realised later and rectified) and am still getting the same messege every time :/

I had the same message pop up a while back. Turned out my bank had blocked the charges due to the fact that all they see is a charge from a company located in korea.
A quick call remedied the issue. In the mean time, have you tried using a gem card? might help to determine if it’s an account issue or it may work and you’ll have gems

I can not buy gems with my credit card (my bank flags it and freezes the card every time) but i can buy with a debit card. I always try to avoid using a debit card online for security reasons but no matter how many times i talk to my bank, they don’t/won’t allow the charges on a credit card. c’est la vie.

in summary, try a different card.

some game stores sell gem cards, which you can buy instead if the online transactions are unable to complete. i usually call my bank and talk with them over the phone about it while making purchases. they seem really nice about it.

This always happens when trading Gems for gold, turns into a very good amount of in game cash flow, buying gems from visa or master card always turn into a messa ge saying that it failed, had the same problem since this values madness.
ill try again when arrive @ home :< . i want to buy gems damnn it!

I guess it is to avoid a flood of gold in the market.

P.S: This situation happens to me always when 100 gems worth 95+silver.
(Since i stopped pay2play games i have the opotunity to use this quite often.)

I just tried with my debit card and it failed. This is a card I use several times a day so it’s not my card…

I tried a second time with the same card and it worked. No idea why it did not work the first time. /shrug
