Before I log a ticket on this I want to know if people are having same problems.
The billing system recently changed, prior to this when paying via paypal a tab would open to the paypal login screen to complete gem purchase. The new billing system does not and now I am getting “payment authentication” error.
Are people getting the same issue?
Nope, I’ve bought gems several times with paypal after the change. It is working the same way as it always had. The only thing that has changed for me is the name of who I am paying.
Since you asked if others have had this problem, neither me or my girlfriend have had an issue with buying gems with Paypal after the billing update changes. I’d definitely suggest sending a support ticket to get this resolved a bit faster. ArenaNet won’t say no to your money! Haha.
