its been about 2-3 weeks and i’m still unable to purchase any gems. everything else in the TP works except buying gems. i tried reinstalling but that didn’t fix the problem. i use Window 7. Someone help.
Did you file a support ticket? Did you follow up on it? Are you Mac or Windows?
