Sometimes I can get the Gems to show other times not. If I log in and check if it shows Zero and I log out sometimes it comes back. Its not working since the Halloween Event started. Can we get a refresh button there? Also no Free horns listed.

I have that too AND I can’t buy or sell anything. The button is greyed out. I have enough money to buy stuff it isn’t that.

The only way I can get it to show again is to reboot my router >.<

Rebooting your game client tends to fix this issue. However, if it doesn’t, reboot your computer. This has worked for me several times.

EDIT: Other symptoms of this bug that I have observed:

• Greyed out “Buy” button when attempting to buy from the BLTC,
• “My Transactions” tab will not load.

Yep, since Halloween update no access to any part of the BLTP.

• Greyed out “buy” button
• Can’t see any of my transactions
• Can’t sell any items from my inventory
• Can’t make gem purchases (even free ones)
• Can’t see my number of gems

I’ve posted on facebook, on the forums, and submitted a bug report, but as of yet not a peep from Anet. This is getting quite frustrating – it was working fine up until the Halloween update!

So did it start happening to more people recently?

Been happening to me since beta too like many others and hardly any information or help from ANET. Have seen plenty of other topics and all solutions are complete jokes that in essence do absolutely NOTHING. Rofl thought the beta was over a few months ago.

Relogging usually gets it but lately it has been getting worse. Relogged 5 times and still won’t work. What a joke.
