Guild Wars 2

So I’ve noticed in my BLT window for the past few days, the amount of gems I have are NOT showing up in the upper left hand box like they’re supposed to. When I went to purchase some gems, the windows took a while to go through and it SEEMED like the gems had been purchased, but I noticed in my inventory screen the amount did not increase nor did I receive an email confirming my gem purchase.

Can anyone help out? I’d REALLY like to get one of the character slots while it’s on sale, and suddenly technology decides to hate me ;-;
