I know a lot of people have posted about the flame light armor that was removed today from the gemstore. As a consistent gamer I was only hoping that the buyers who brought it can keep the skin. As I know for a fact that I would like a gem refund, if I dont get to keep this exact skin. I’ve heard on a lot of cases, Anet don’t refund gems as the value changes etc. So to avoid any issues I ask that you just let the buyers keep the tier 3 fiery skin. Then when it updated just sell the new one to everyone else. This way anyone who did buy it is happy and no one will have to have a skin they don’t want.

You did two transactions, first gold or cash to gems and then gems for the item. Doesn’t matter if your motivation for buying gems was solely to buy that item. The objection is about the item and so is the reversal, getting back your gems.

I know how it works but I’m just saying no need to punish people who like the skins

This is EXACTLY the same situation happened with FOTM skins….

I wonder now why i can t have my 10 trasmutation crystals back….

I also saw the real face of the new Gw2 community….

No. You cannot keep your gemstore human tier 3 armour, because that would ruin the whole point of the whole rollback.

Can i have my trasmutatoin Crystal i used on fotm weapons and ALL my 50 fotm weapons changed to skins?
i also want my year fotm progression back…

you can also add this “Cultural Human T3 Not Exclusive”

I saw this comment somewhere else but people only cried because it had particle effects and looked better than the t3.
