Guild Wars 2

I purchased my three unlimited harvesting tools before they became account bound…I want to be able to interchange them between characters…how do I get them changed to Account bound instead of soul bound?

Unequip them and talk to the weapon specialist at the trading post. The trading post in any of the cities should have 2 of these NPCs around. You must unequip them first or the option to exchange doesn’t show up.
