Upgrade Extractor usage question

Does the upgrade extractor strip all upgrades off an item, or only 1?
For example, i have an ascended staff with 2 wvw +5 infusions in it, i would maybe consider using the extractor if i get both per 1 use.
Would appreciate if someone could test and see, or has past experience.

Tested it myself, a single extractor removes all possible upgrades on an item.

I would like to know as well. If anyone has tried let the community know

A victor gives no quarter when the victor shows no clemency or mercy
