Is this item actually a joke?

Its meant for infusions, which can get very expensive, not for runes or sigils.

But then you dont actually need those expensive infusions because highlevel fractals are still verboten.

I rather paid the gold for the extractor than spending another 20 laurels for my gilded infusion, when i wanted to transfer it, though.

There needs to be another thing, meant for runes and sigils but not usable on infusions, that’s cheaper — around 1g per use.
