I had a sigil of generosity sat in my longbow and needed to replace it, so I thought rather than replacing such an expensive sigil completely, ill fork out 31 gold to convert to gems and get the upgrade extractor. My intention was to sell the rune on the trading post and cut my losses, but nope! For some idiotic reason they have it covered that you won’t be trading the upgrades after they have been implemented to your armor or weapons.

I have read that you can put the sigil on a disposable item (loot drop) and Black Lion Salvage Kit it off to get rid of the bingding.

Still sucks.
