It’s about time you upgraded the Royal Terrace considering it has two less NPCs than the Airship. It really shouldn’t be hard to add two more NPCs to the terrace.

My prediction: You won’t see any upgrades to the Royal Terrace until the next time the Queen’s Pavilion opens up.

my prediction (based on the lack of transparency on the issue thus far):

it wont be updated. Either on Dragon Bash or the next Queens Jubilee, another one will be added that is even better than the airship and terrace, and neither will get updated

Well one is a free WP away in the normal DR TP.

It’s literally copying and pasting two npcs into the game, I really can’t see how it’s anymore then as small patch.
If anything it’s balancing so the Airship and Royal Terrace are on equal grounds.

At this point I’d much rather have them allow me to stay in the terrace on log-in if the scroll is still in my inventory. Still a pain getting kicked out every time.

I never buy black lion weapons and rarely do the daily activity so I don’t mind the missing NPCs. Just glad they added a trait trainer. =)
