Guild Wars 2

so before the trade post went down i wanted to upgrade my account to Deluxe Edition and now when the TP goes live again i cant find this option anymore i already have the 2000 gems needed for this, is this a mistake? or the Deluxe Edition upgrade gone forever also the Character Slot cant be find anywhere
