Pretty much the title. Mithril dropped from 41-44 copper to 30-33 copper overnight like two weeks ago, still haven’t recovered. The wood i think dropped to 50% of its old value by now. There were a lot of patches recently, but I havent seen anything that could have caused it. Any explanations?

the molten mining pick encouraged people to farm mats which was a factor, and the new dungeon hakittenhril veins in it that could be farmed daily which everyone and their mother was doing, so I think that was a major contribution. I suspect it will start to rise again now that the dungeon is over. Might take a week or two to burn off the supply though.

Mithril is steady 35-36 atm. Drop was likely caused by (1) salvage monthly (2) new (temporary) dungeon with mining nodes (3) molten pickaxe to dig up all that free mithril while you’re goofing (4) add little speculators trying to make profit from flipping..

Fleel free to add reasons.

Could also be due to the drop in ecto prices, since people would often buy mithril to craft rares, with ectos, and by extension rares being worth less now the prices for the components to make said rares will also drop a bit.

As long as people are exploring the pants off Southsun the flow of mithril and orichalcum will continue.

All mats have dropped. Teleport mining bots still infest the game and are hard to report so don’t expect the prices to ever increase anymore unless new recipes are released.
