What's easier/cheaper? Craft or Buy
Sunrise/Twilight cost about ~1350g to make and are selling for around ~2000g on the TP, so it’s cheaper to craft.

It’s cheaper to craft unless you value your time so much that the components you cannot buy with coin is worth the difference between the TP price and the crafting price.
(i.e. if you think not having to grind karma/SPs/do map completion is worth ~600g in the case of twilight/sunrise)

it costs less gold to craft any legendary
let’s say 600g less on average
but when you factor in SP, karma, etc. there is a cost per all of that that makes it much less appealing.
So, if you happen to already have 340SP, 1M karma, 500 badges, world completion, stacks of dungeon tokens, lots of on-hand gold, and nothing to spend it on, it would absolutely be better to craft it than buy it. that does not not fit the situation of most people, though, and buying is certainly faster if you’re starting from scratch (meaning you have 1k gold but zero non-buyables)

Unless, of course, the legendary you want is over 2k gold, then 1k gold isn’t going to buy it. Just say’n….
Legendaries aren’t that expensive to craft once you have the precursor.

As a new player still on his first character and who solos a lot, it’d likely be faster for me to grind the gold via flipping and adventuring. More expensive in terms of gold, yes; but since I’m not specifically looking for precursors and all the individual materiel, I don’t have the “I gotta get THIS particular thing” thing going on making it FEEL longer to attain.
