When do BLC Skins go from 1 to 5?

I got caught on this with the Anetherblade but I thought I remembered finding out if I had just read more carefully I would have had forwarning.

Are we usually told when the price goes up? Do they warn us? Do we know now?

Usually they mention it in patch notes and the blog posts about new items in the gem store.

For the Halloween skins, my guess would be that they will be available for 1 Ticket for 4 weeks.
