This thing! We know two exist in the world so far – But we haven’t been able to find ANYTHING on them! No GM will talk about it, so let’s see if we can get something about it, or speculate on if it’s a hidden item/recipe, etc.

Long story short: they were an accident. They shouldn’t have been in the game.

AFAIK a GM gave 2 of them out by accident to players, and seeing as Arenanet are unable to take items from players inventories, they’re still out there.. probably gathering dust in an unused account, or a banned accounts bank.
