Their right eye pop, and i feel that i’ve been cheated buying a broken product.
Said I come to a store, pick a bag or shirt, I want to have everything (button, zipper blah2 you name it) coming intact and good. It’s not the case when i buy the backpack. The button-eye popped.

What’s the purpose of making this on Quaggan backpack?
- make it better? no! it makes it horrible.
I need to see thing as symmetrical as possible. Wearing this backpack burn my very mind. And yes, I stashed it right away, never wearing it anymore. Lost my gems for useless fashion that I will never wear, sad.

Well, my fault for not seeing it thoroughly in preview tho, but for ANet, I suggest they are not make things this way.

It has dropsy – quick, quarantine it!

All of the quaggan backpacks have that. It is part of the charm of those backpacks that the quaggan looks like it has seen some wear with that right eye hanging by a thread.

You are also welcome to lodge a support ticket to see if you can have your gems refunded.

Stop giving your backpacks to your pets! But ye, I find it very unappealing aswell and didn’t get them for that reason. I agree with KyreneZA though, send in a ticket explaining your story and see if they will give you a refund. Who knows right?
