Why are Black Lion gathering tools soulbound?
I may be mistaken, but aren’t ALL gathering tools soulbound?
I seem to recall putting a set of gathering tools in my personal bank for my next new character, only to find I couldn’t take them out on the new character.
Be that as it may, it still makes no sense that Black Lion gathering tools are the only soulbound items that drop from the chests. All other premium consumables are account bound.
