Will "Executioner's Outfit" return?
I assume it will be there during the Halloween event since mad king and witch outfit returned from year 1 to year 2 Halloween. (Executioner and blood prince added last year)
Was told both outfits recently were out on gemstore again, but I missed it, so seems not just for Halloween.

They’re Halloween releases that were re-released as specials recently because of the wardrobe changes that allowed outfits to be worn in combat.

Just about every item ever offered for sale in the gem store has returned at some point. The exceptions are for things removed from the game (e.g. town clothes) or that never sold well.
The Executioner’s Outfit is popular, so I would be willing to bet it will return.
