Hello guys. A problem is that Wintersday Earmuffs are not available in Wardrobe.

So my question is very simple: how can I get them back?

did you visit the black lion armor person (next to trading post in any of the cities, not vigil keep)

But they always love to say “we don’t recover any items on account”.
Good answer for any trouble on their own errors.

If you bought the item with real money it will be on your records. However if it was gifted to you or you bought it with ingame gold then from reading other threads it won’t be on your record and they won’t send it to you,
