I noticed they sell these on the Black Lion Weapons Specialist, but can’t find a way to obtain currency for them. Is there any way to obtain them or it’s just for people that had currency left over from event?

You will have to wait till the Zephry Sanctum return, most likely once every 12 months.

not sure what still drops during sanctum sprint, though…
