As the title says… a single bag to store non-soulbound items that acts like invisible bag but shows up across all toons with its contents. Storage slots can remain as low as 4 or charge more for higher storage. And yes… I am aware that bank serves that function already; this is for greater convenience.

I imagine it being a gem store item, maybe 600 gems for a 20-slot. and you would have to buy another one for each character you want to be able to access it.

This is essentially how the miniature part of the wardrobe operates: you take an unbound item and attach it to your account, making it available to all characters.

Be great to see this for everlasting/infinite tonics, the toys (kites etc), and so on.

For monetary reasons, I could see why they wouldn’t do this for harvesting tools, salvage-o-matics, and BL specialist contracts — obviously, I’d like to be able to transfer them between toons more easily; I just don’t expect that to happen.
