cannot buy gems
Are you currently resident in your country of origin?
I have that problem a lot with US companies, ESPECIALLY NCSoft, who can’t seem to grasp that not everyone is born lives and dies in their country of birth.
They see a Spanish IP and a British citizen and BAM, fraud alert!

A few things to add just in case you have the problem I used to have.
If its a pre-paid card and you purchased before then it will flag as they have pre -paid as recurring.
So to avoid this when you are at the section where you say…yes use existing then do not click it,
There is a little bin at card details……….right side…put the existing details in the bin then
click add new card….then all you do is enter the same details on your pre -pay and it should now work.
The reason is your Financial bank do not allow recurring transactions hence once you do the above it should work as this was the way I had to do it on a pre -pay/……if its not a pre -paid card then you can ignore the above and wait ti anet respond back to you with a solution
yes i am a resident in my country and i didnt a pre-paid card i tried multiple cards and got the same thing i contacted support and all they said contact my bank but every was fine so the next day and so on tried again so i contacted them again ang got no response from them
Same happening to me, never had problems buying gems with my card before today

I’m having similar issues, too. The card info is correct. I have lived my entire life in this country (Australia) – and… PayPal purchases also fail. No pre-paid card. either.
Adding my name to the list. I get the error message, but I was still charged for the gems, yet I don’t have them in-game.
I also have this error, Tried 4 different credit cards all Visa, I even tried a friends card didn’t work, also tried to use the card on a Alt account didn’t work either and Paypal doesn’t work as well. Please fix soon, I would like to pay you guys!
Yea I have tried both my Mastercards today and even my Paypal account both my debit and credit cards have money in them and my Paypal is linked to my bank so there is a serious issue here please fix this asap.
