It flirted with 25 silver for a hundred early in the game, though I don’t remember it dropping below that. The low point was in the first couple days of the game; public records are spotty from back then.
I looked through my old screenshots, to find this. I believe that the silver numbers sunk a little bit past this, by Thursday of the official opening week.
On August 25th (opening night):
100 Gems =buys=> 30 silver
40 silver =buys=> 100 Gems
On Sunday, September 2nd, around 10pm PDT:
100 Gems =buys=> 18 silver
24 silver =buys=> 100 Gems
