hi i asked a question to the support and they told me to get ahold of a developer in the forums so here i am asking for one to msg me id rather discuss the matter privately if at all possible oh sry just to mention its about the black lion trading post

You can ask in public. Most of the people here are experienced with the Trading Post already, so we could probably answer your question faster than a Dev would take to get back to you. If this is regarding something you believe is an exploit, send an e-mail to: exploits@arena.net

Note – if you think something is an exploit, one of us probably found it and reported it already, or it’s not an exploit at all.

i understand smooth penguin ty but this is something i need to talk to a developer about its not an exploite or anything but thank you for responding

ty beldin im new to forums and i didnt know your not supposed to pm the devs my bad i appolagize and yeah i guess ill just buy gems i was planning on spending a lot on gems and was currious if they could offer a promotion of some sort for spending alot on gems but i asked the support team and they said contact th devs on the forums so i assumed i was allowed to msg them but ty neways for your help now i know

The support person who said that meant to post a suggestion on the forums where the devs can read it and consider your ideas.

They have done similar things in the past, given out free gifts to anyone who bought gems during a certain time period, and around Christmas they gave out bonus items for buying certain amounts of gems. But they don’t do it on an ongoing or permanent basis, there are good points and bad points to the practice and not everyone likes it.
