i thought i could day trade the gem market, but it seems that converting gems back to gold has a taxation.

And no, NOTHING in this game can be traded like day trading. The fees are incredibly high for such a thing.

there’s about a 30% tax on the conversion.

This was done so that you couldn’t speculate and (easily) flip Gems/Coin like a stock market.

However, there still is a way to make money flipping, but that requires time.

the real problem is the anet dont fancy the people who buy real gem cards from game stores more then the botted gold and farmed gold on the market cause more then half the money was botted by glitched events and all the real farmers but a gold converter has to deal in that whack market its a real shame and let down that i cant even have a merry christmas becuase of botted and farmed markets competing with gem card conversion
