gifting an upgrade item

You can’t transfer gems and not every item can be a gift, such as bank expansions and such. If it doesn’t have a “gift” option then it can’t be a gift. This is for technical issues, bank slots etc. cannot be refunded if the recipient can’t use them.
I suppose you could always buy a gem card from a store and gift it to them, or send them gold ingame for them to buy the gems themselves.
also gift-able account upgrades would give the giver information about the receivers account. Your only solution is to either give them real money (paypal, or buying a gem card for them) or send gold for them to buy gems with the conversion.
