I saw a norn with human cultural tier 3 armor and it was pretttyyy kittening cool so I asked this particular norn on how I could obtain it!
Turns out you can get it anymore because it was removed from the Gem Store?

Is there really no other way to get it?

It is possible to make all armors glow if you have a legendary with glowing effects. There are graphical glitches that happen randomly (and player-initiated) which allow you to glow.[/[/s]

Flamekissed was taken out of the gemstore due to a ton of people complaining that their cultural armor was available for everyone. It was basically human t3 cultural light with flames.

Anet had a previous issue with cultural armor being transmuted to other races, and they had said this was not allowed about a year prior. So they took it off and are working on a rework. Anyone who currently has this armor will have it replaced by the rework when it’s done.

Charr armor is pretty cool. No particle effects or glowing but I personally think Charr cultural is the best looking out there. Is it worth 121 gold for a tier 3 set? That boils down to personal choice….for me it was.

I really love all of the Asura cultural armors… But human armor…. Ehhhh not for that $$

The human cultural armor is my favorite.

Especially tier 3 light and medium armor for female characters.

I wish there’d be flames though. >_>

I bought that beautiful armor for my Norn (best race for it, IMO. Them abs!!!)

But yeah I was sad when everyone got upset about it….

that’s assuming there actually is a rework… its been months now and still no re-design. Betting they stay hush-hush and hope people forget.

If it does not glow or particle effects, it doesnt mean they are dull or not cool.
