Guild Wars 2

I was just wondering if the infinite use gathering tools (axe, scythe,and pick) will be resold on the trading house. I totally forgot that they were soulbound items and not account bound. I find that these items to be of great use and would like to be able to buy them for my alt characters

They resold them once before, I’d be surprised if they don’t make a return. But if they are coming back, there is no ETA on when it will happen.
