I’ve recently found that ANet did some serious changes in the past. Those are so serious that in the case of information leak someone could have steady income of gold for some pretty long time and I am sure it happened before with:

Changing the source of chili peppers and vanilla beans from karma vendor to very rare herb drops resulting in chili peppers cost around 6s and vanilla beans 2.20s

here is quote from one player
" I bought 10k Peppers from karma Vendor to go towards my alts getting 400 cooking. Then They took the chili pepper out of the karma vendor and I sold 10k peppers for 75 Gold. Thanks Guild wars."
That player could make 600g today…

I suggest that ANet shoudnt make such easily exploitable changes because as it seems ANet cant prevent some info patch leaks and then there are players which profit from that information
Or implement some mechanism to prevent it for example:
chili peppers obtained before patch are account bound

I dont give a kitten about RNG when opening chest. RNG is RNG so you cant proove anything

Same happens when they introduce new recipes, ingredients who were before cheap, spike up. There are so many changes to the game that affect market prizes…

Also noone hinders you to stock up on karmavendor ingredients nowadays in hope that they will someday become very rare as well…

no, no I am talking about intentional hoarding of karma stuff because I know from some source that in 2 days it will no longer be karma stuff so it will be saleable on TP
So I will be able to convert karma to gold in very profitable ratio what is normaly impossible
Also I dont have problem with new recipes and mats spiking in price if the source of those mats is the same as before patch

Sounds almost like a bad market manipulation attempt. I’d say take this with a grain of salt if there’s no source to back it up.
