so i’ve bought my first gem item,

i want to equip the backpack but it says i have to transmute it which i have no idea what that is , then i clicked on the pvp one then tried to equipped it but i deposited it somewhere and now i cant find it.

i just wanted to use it in pve not pvp due to low lvl and now i cant find it

you trasmuted it for pvp and can use it only for pvp….then it went to pvp locker.
Since its clearly a mistake i think that is possible that if you open a ticket, support will help you.

When you clicked on the PvP option, it sent it to your PvP locker in the Heart of the Mists, for use only in PvP. To get there you click on the crossed swords icon on the top left and click the button to travel there.

Since you don’t want it for PvP, I suggest you send in a support ticket. They should be able to rectify the issue. For future reference, ask around and/or check the wiki before just guessing to make things work. It saves you the annoyance and delay to use the item

As for category for the ticket, I’d pick “Gameplay”. I don’t see any other applicable categories to your request.
