oh,i think u get me wrong. i dont want to combine primeval with a normal item. that is done by primeval itself. i want to extract primeval from an item after i already used on it (after i combined primeval with the item).
As the others have said, Transmutation Stones. You can’t retrieve the Primeval Helm skin from the item you used it on, but you CAN transmute the appearance from the helm onto a new helm (with better stats) that you find in the future.
