Oki i was lucky enough to find one in a bl chest yesterday and activated it on my account but now im wondering the little trinket thingy you get to open the bank do you only get one ? or do all caracters created get one automatically like the hom stone for instance. What if i delete a caracter with it in their inv by mistake ? now i dont say this will happen but stranger things have happend.

Even if your account was hacked it’s not a sure bet that they will do anything to restore it.

If your account gets hacked and you can prove it, you can get your account restored to a previous state. It’s a very, very narrow opportunity and not easily reproduced.
