a friend of mine sent me as a gift the belinda ’s sword.

she knew i liked it so she tought it could be a nice gift.

anyway since i really liked it i got it all by myself at the tp.

now i have a skin in mail i cannot unlock since i just unlocked it yet

i opened a ticket to support but i’m sure i explain the problem in the proper way.

i mean i think a refund in gem would be the proper solution ?

like u do in real life shop with real life gift you do not like when u still have the ticket.

is it doable?

would the support answer me if not?

You made a ticket with support. You’ll just have to wait till they answer. It’s doubtful anyone on the forum can give you a definite answer unless something like that happened to them.

probably return her the gems, maybe she should send a ticket in?

there should really just be a blanket “please return this gift” button when you are given a gift. this sort of thing happens enough to merit adding that button.

she said she doesn’t care. it was a gift. so i sent a ticket asking for a gem refund to me… i mean don’t you change your xmas gift when it’s double?
