The good ole unfortunately a error has occurred message, after sending ticket about it, they sent back that it’s my company declining my credit card. Why do I have a feeling that i got charged but didn’t receive my gems. i just wanted a makeover kit ;~;
If you have been charged and don’t get gems, take it up with your credit card company. They should be able to refund you.
Always use PayPal they have a good resolution system. I got charged by another company for some thing I didn’t want as part of the order PayPal got me a Full refund on my money. For me they are safer than giving my card number to any company.
