i got Dusk drop after Lost Shore and now i want sell for 317g but TP want for me 15g for sell item and i have only 2g so if i want sell item on tp i must make 13g??? why it cannot take from that that 317g????

Get someone that has mutual trust with you and has the 15 gold to list it and offer them a cut of the profits, easy enough.
