trading fees
Listing Fee: You pay 5% up front.
Sales Tax: They take 10% off the sale price when the item is sold.
…ergo…
Your revenue = 90% sales price
Net profit = 85% sales price
They take a total of 15%.
Hope that helps.
My experience with buy orders is that there is no fee for listing, no penalty for de-listing, and you receive the remaining amount back as “Trade Profits” when de-listing. In other words, buy orders are 100% free.
confirm on the 0 transaction cost buy order.
I took the sales tax in consideration but when i sold two items on the marketplace, one for 45s and another for 35s, i only had 40s in my trade profit and they were bought at the same time. So i’m just sitting here wondering what the hell happened to the rest of my profit… -_-
Along these lines, when you sell to a buy order, do you still pay the 5% listing fee, or just the 10% tax?
I could check on it myself when I get home, but I’m being lazy. Plus, if no one answers, that’s probably exactly what I will do :p
