No, they wont be available anymore. If you’d have read the blog post about trait resets, you’d have noticed they specifically stated you no longer need to go to cities to reset your traits. You can reset them ANYWHERE out of combat.
Free trait resets were removed from BLC’s last month.
The stack in my bank wasn’t ‘removed’.
Simple suggestion – when you finally add the Living Story vendor to clean out our old stuff, let us swap trait reset items for black Lion keys. Even 2-to-1 key it would give us a way to ‘reroll’ an item that had little use and now has none.

The stack wasnt removed because they’re still validly usable. Dont think Anet would allow such trades though.
In 4 days it won’t be validly useable. I thought I’d make the suggestion while they might be able to keep ahead of the backlash.

This exactly…I think I have like 15 of these in my bank right now, was just looking on the forums if anyone else has the same question and found this. Please do something to remedy this as these were earned through the bltc with real life money and will have absolutely no use after the update.
I’m assuming that they knew they planned on making this change to the trait system for some time now and it really bothers me that they went ahead and even made the item to begin with if they were just going to make it obsolete so soon afterward…
They stated in their question and answer stream that you can only request a refund (after the 15th) for any bought directly from the gem store. Any from chests or other means simply become worthless.

umm, you buy the KEYS for the bl chest on the gem store.. I am sure they can check if you just made a credit transaction and bought keys right after it… I know nothing will probably be done but it just bothers me that they would put out an item they pretty much knew they were going to make obsolete in the first place obtainable through real money.

But they are still useful, so there’s no need to do anything. If you choose not to use the ones you win from BL Chests, that’s your loss.
