Foolish me, assuming someone has just done something wrong when I see them complain about mysteriously losing money.

Well, it appears that’s not always the case. Yesterday I put a ’Rampager’s Sword of Earth’ (level 76 Exotic) into the trading post and it seems that between me doing that and all the problems with the trading post, I’ve been left with nothing.

Now, compared to some other items, the sword is not worth a lot, but I also don’t have a lot of money at the moment, so 70 silver is a decent amount to me.

When I go to the ‘Items I’ve Sold’ list, it appears there as being sold (16 hours ago, as of this post), but there are no coins for me to collect.

I would like to know if ANet are going to do something to help people who have been screwed over by yet another one of their bugs, or are day one supporters going to be told to suck it up and sod off.

You are not alone. I cancelled roughly 20-30 gold worth of buy orders yesterday and nothing is showing up. However I have put in a support request just incase but seeing as they have stated that it is fully functional at the moment, I doubt we will see our gold ever again.

Same, I’m out 25g in buy order cancels as well…I have a ticket in but no reply as of yet

This time for me it was only 70 silver, but I was planning on buying level 80 exotic armour soon. If it buggers up then, I’d could lose much more.

The trading post has transaction logs, so more times than not your stuff is simply delayed due to the problems, and will be returned/awarded to you whenever the process goes through fully, if not you can, as you have already done, put in the ticket and have it fixed that way too. Just wait a day, and see if it shows up at all.

Its most likely delayed at this point, but i wont risk any big moeny transactions for the moment..

This situation is utterly frustrating.

I ended up purchasing 45 bolts and 40 scraps of gossamer when I only wanted 5 scraps. When I got the error message of “Sorry! Your order did not match…please refresh and try again.” I did so believing that the order didn’t go through.

If I were to accept delivery of those 45 bolts and 40 scraps and attempt to resell them. I would suffer a loss of over 1 gold due to the 15% fees.

It’s already been 24 hours with no response to my support ticket, and I won’t expect a response any time soon.

Meanwhile, I cannot use the trading post because I am preserving the logs exactly where they ended up after the trading post issues in case support can actually DO something about it besides telling me to get bent.

So now I cannot buy anything new, or sell any of the excess items that I have. Till support get to my ticket. It’s frustrating. Makes me not want to play. =(

Next day, still no coins and no response from ANet.

Same about 26 gold worth of cancelled orders.

40 gold of sold items and cancelled order, still not showing… and no answer

48hours later, still out 25g and still no answer…

63 hours later, still out 25g, still no answer

76 hours later, still out 25g, still no response from ArenaNet
