Maybe what Dyno meant was that they’re only going to put on sale items that a lot of people may not otherwise purchase. :-p Character slots are much more certain (relatively speaking). ^^
Only items will be on sale. Character, bank and inventory slots are not items, they’re services.
I wouldn’t count on it but you never know. That isn’t something likely to be considered for a deep discount so early after release. Perhaps more likely to happen after a long time during a time where sales are low and they have more incentive to give players a nice deal like that. But you never know they could surprise us.
