Charr guild olny
Hello.
Probably there exist no charr only guild, which focuses only on WvW.
However, there are many charr only guilds.

Seen atleast four warband roleplay guilds on TC (NA), of varying degrees of interaction.

I’ve seen at least 7 different warbands, though some of them I haven’t seen lately and many of them seem to allow all races which kind of defeats the point but to each their own I guess.
Probably the most common racial guild is Charr Warbands. There are guilds for the other races as well, but I see Warbands the most.
Thats on NA tho.. Im looking more for EU wvw guild and if there inst any, to create one.

This is true, and also there are 13 total warband guilds on TC and 5 inter-legion guilds on TC
