Guild Wars 2

This mainly has to do with the Engi tool belt skill [hidden pistols], but I was just screwing around tonight and noticed that the pistols no longer point upward anymore!

But… now there isn’t a sound played when fired and the pistol muzzle flash points downward Oh well.. A little closer, right my Charr brethren? xD

The wheel of progress turns. Sometimes a little askew.

Edit: Did a quick test ingame to see for myself- Both the pistols and muzzle flash are correctly oriented for me.

Edit 2: Attached screenshot. A year and a half later, fixed!

I retested in game and my muzzle flash does work. Not sure why that happened before, but still good to know that it works now. As for the sound, I suppose we use silenced pistols…. somehow >_>

Your pistol simply backfired. Happens, when you load too much of powder or your lock mechanism is broken. Study your weapon and possibly remove the issue.

Rely on iron, not false gods.

I did a little bit of testing. The muzzle flash always fast downward, but when a target was selected the skill would have sound, but no sound when fired at nothing.
