There was this lady in one of the Arenanet interviews who was a voice actor. As soon as I heard her talk, I thought “omg it’s Elexus!” But I don’t know what her name was.
Where can I find these interviews? Are they part of this site, or Arenanet’s Youtube?

I believe it’s Kate Miller. She’s credited with doing the female Charr voices as well as Commander Serentine of the Ministry Guard.

I’m not sure that all the female Charr voices were done by the same VA. It seems to me that there are at least 2 or 3. While one of the voice types I can easily image coming from Kate Miller, the Elexus Shredskin voice has a definite non Caucasian quality.
